• Be trustworthy and honest by fulfilling my duties as requested by Hearts at Home Pet Sitting clients.
• Respect and protect my client’s home and property.
• Always observe client confidentiality.
• Have open and timely communication with Hearts at Home Pet Sitting clients and management.
• Respond promptly, respectfully and clearly in all forms of communication.
• Be on-time pet care assignments as requested by Hearts at Home clients.
• Act with professionalism and respect the instructions of Hearts at Home Pet Sitting and Hearts at Home Pet Sitting’s clients.
• Be helpful and cooperative with my fellow pet care specialists.
• To expand my knowledge and understanding of pet care and behavior through continued education.
