Respect and protect my client’s home and property.

Always observe client confidentiality.

Have open and timely communication with Hearts at Home Pet Sitting clients and management. 

Respond promptly, respectfully and clearly in all forms of communication.

Be on time pet care assignments as requested by Hearts at Home clients.

Act with professionalism and respect the instructions of Hearts at Home Pet Sitting and Hearts at Home Pet Sitting’s clients.

Be helpful and cooperative with my fellow pet care specialists.

To expand my knowledge and understanding of pet care and behavior through continued education.
