Caméa Allen, Founder & Owner

Caméa Allen, has had a profound love for animals from a young age. She grew up in New Jersey surrounded by pets. Her passion for pets and animal welfare continued as her life unfolded as a military wife, mother, and guardian to numerous cats, dogs, and other companion animals, many of which were rescues.

After settling in Yorktown, VA, in 2007, Caméa decided to turn her passion into a career. In 2012, Caméa launched Hearts at Home Pet Sitting, offering in-home pet care, including dog walking, cat sitting, and puppy care.

Hearts at Home Pet Sitting stands on a foundation of trust, compassion, and professionalism, with a team that is background-checked, bonded, and insured. Caméa is dedicated to ongoing education in pet care and behavior, staying updated on the latest developments in animal rearing and welfare.

Caméa’s commitment to providing the best care for pets when their families are away has earned her a reputation for forming strong bonds with even the most fearful animals. Her mission is to offer peace of mind to pet owners, knowing their beloved pets are in capable and caring hands.
